Campus Wide Repointing

This project required a campus wide survey of the condition of the mortar joints on all brick and stone surfaces, including buildings and retaining walls. A prioritized list of repairs was developed. Construction documents were created to address the maximum number of repairs within the stated budget. As a state agency project, all BCOM and state agency protocols were followed for document preparation and project management.
