Lineage was hired to assess the condition of building exteriors campus wide and to develop a prioritized list of caulking repairs necessary for all buildings on campus. Construction documents were developed for the prioritized repairs within the budget maximum. Lineage provided all project management services including bidding, negotiation, pay application approval, and project closeout.
