Lineage Architects was hired to provide design and historic tax credit services for the adaptive reuse of a circa 1900 theatre to a modern craft brewery. Design was executed per Virginia Rehabilitation Code. Project specific details included design of a new interior mezzanine and salvage of period murals on lobby and theatre walls.
