Mill Creek Professional Building

Charlottesville, Virginia

Lineage provided architectural and engineering services for the new construction of a 16,000 square foot office building that houses mainly medical professionals. The initial design was developed by another firm using a steel frame construction. After construction cost came in for steel frame construction, the owner decided to consider a different wall system. Lineage was retained to provide an alternate design using insulated concrete form which saved the client both time and money. Lineage also provided the tenant fit out for Charlottesville Family Medicine that is housed in the Mill Creek Professional Building.
