Lineage was involved in the adaptive reuse of a historic building in downtown Staunton, Virginia that transformed into the Irish Alley Restaurant and Pub. The goal of the project was to preserve as much of the existing building structure while incorporating the necessary elements for a commercial kitchen and ample dining space. A second adjacent building was transformed into a bar area, with business office space on the second bar area, with business office space on the second floor. These two buildings were built in the mid 1800’s and are part of the historic Wharf District.
