Main Hall Restoration

Lineage was hired to oversee the restoration of the Main Hall front entrance, including the porch, steps, formal front lawn, flagpole area, and adjacent landscaped areas. Main Hall is on the Historic Registry. The project required approvals from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, BCOM, and the State Art and Architectural Review Board. Approvals were obtained in a single presentation. The project required architectural design, material selection, structural engineering, and site design.
