Lineage Architects designed an addition and renovation as a design-build partner with Lantz Construction Company. New office areas were designed using contemporary finishes and expansive glass, where showroom expansion included a quiet lounge, computer bar, and television areas. Behind the scenes, new service bays were constructed to give workers more breathing room and overall better working conditions from their prior workspace - featuring LED fixtures and plenty of natural light.
