Lineage provided architectural, structural, and civil engineering services for the North American Headquarters of DASCOM Americas and SONARAY LED Lighting. DASCOM Americas manufactures commercial use printers, and SONARAY manufactures LED lighting. The contemporary building features an 11,222 square foot office space and showroom with a 9,670 square foot warehouse. The project includes a 22 foot high precast concrete sandwich panel wall system and steel roof structural system with a low slope TPO roof. The second floor structure is poured in place concrete over a metal pan.
