Term Contract Awards for Augusta County and James Madison University

Lineage Architects, P.C. is proud to announce success in being recently awarded term contracts for both Augusta County and James Madison University.

Lineage will be working under Augusta County’s Category 4 (Architectural Services) section which includes: Space studies, preliminary floor plans, renderings, building design, structural analysis, ADA compliance review, physical security, bid assistance, and construction administration.

JMU has chosen Lineage to perform small structural work on campus and the surrounding area.
