Lineage provided architectural and structural engineering services for the reuse of an existing historic school into a private day academy and rental office space. The services included basemapping for recording purposes, evaluations, and recommendations to meet modern code without altering the nature of the building, and consulting to improve the energy efficiency of the 90+ year old building.
